PORAC LDF Retiree Group Coverage

The BPSA Retiree Group provides retired U.S. Border Patrol personnel access to PORAC LDF Retiree Group Coverage (Benefit Plan V) through membership in the BPSA Retiree Group.

PORAC LDF Benefit Plan V provides limited retiree legal defense coverage for certain qualifying incidents, including defensive firearm incidents and certain concealed-carry related criminal matters, subject to PORAC LDF eligibility requirements and plan terms.

Membership in the BPSA Retiree Group is open to all retired U.S. Border Patrol personnel. You do not have to be a former BPSA member to join.

Membership is $20.00 per month and includes:

  • PORAC LDF Retiree Group Coverage (Benefit Plan V)
  • Continued connection with the Border Patrol Supervisors Association
  • BPSA communications and updates
  • Invitations to select BPSA events and gatherings
